It’s been just over 25 years since their self-titled debut album, Wilson Phillips, peaked at number two on the Billboard charts, selling over 10 million copies. Since the beginning of their union in 1990, Wilson Phillips has been nominated for five Grammy Awards and two American Music Awards, also winning the Billboard Music Award for Hot 100 Single of the Year for the now iconic single “Hold On”. Songs “Release Me” and “You’re in Love” also peaked at number one on the Hot 100 charts. After a 10-year hiatus, Wilson Phillips reunited; releasing several hit albums, including their most recent, Dedicated, and are once again embracing live performances. Dedicated was released in honor of their 20th anniversary together, and consists of cover songs originally penned by their parents, who were members of The Mamas and Papas and The Beach Boys. With their harmony-rich sound, Wilson Phillips remains at the top of their game, still living the California dream.
